A/Prof Gilmore is a dermatologist in private practice and holds a research position at the Skin And Cancer Foundation in Melbourne. His main research interests include machine learning and its application to melanoma diagnosis, statistics in dermatology, and computational modelling of skin disease.
The research he is presenting on was recently published in PLoS One.
