
Dr Jenna E. Rayner graduated from medical school in 2014 (Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery). She is currently a dermatology registrar of the Australasian College of Dermatologists working across major tertiary hospitals in Queensland.
Her research interests are in the in the field of dermatology, melanoma and public health issues.
In 2020 Dr Rayner graduated with a Higher Research Degree (MPhil) from the University of Queensland on the subject of Genetic Polymorphisms Associated with Amelanotic and Nodular Melanoma under the supervision of Professor H. Peter Soyer.
In 2018 she was a recipient of the prestigious Bauer Foundation Prize for the Best Research Paper presented at the Australasian College of Dermatology, Annual Scientific Meeting.
In 2019 Dr Rayner was awarded the Brenan Prize in Dermatopathology at the Australasian Dermatopathology Society Annual Scientific Meeting.
